Xavier Flores García, CEO of TMB, is a Civil Engineer and has developed most of his career in the administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya. He was general director of Mobility Infrastructures between 2013 and 2022 and also Secretary General of Infrastructures of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda of the Government of Spain.Sessions
