Biography

Verónica Gutiérrez, Telecom Engineer, has 22+ years of ICT experience. She began as a researcher, leading national and international projects. From 2017, she’s directed Smart City projects at Telefónica. In 2023, she became General Director of Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Modernization at the City of Santander.
