Caspar de Jonge has been working at the Directorate-General for Mobility at the Ministry of Infrastructure & Water Management since 1998. He holds responsibility for investments in Smart Mobility and Intelligent Transport Systems, enhancing digitization and intelligence in Mobility, Traffic, and Transport through public-private partnerships.
