Dr. Esam Alwagait is the Director of National Information Centre in Saudi Arabia. He has a collective experience of around 20 years in IT. Before Joining NIC, Dr. Alwagait was the CEO of National Digital Transformation Unit in Saudi Arabia. He worked also as the Deputy Minister for Technical Affairs at the ministry of foreign affairs. He worked in the ministry of education as the general supervisor for information technology.

With the Jubilee just around the corner, Rome is set to complete major projects aimed at revitalizing its infrastructure and cultural landscape. Mayor Gualtieri will also discuss a joint initiative with Barcelona to secure EU funding for social housing, the power of urban regeneration to attract global investment, and his approach to managing Rome’s booming tourism.
